saya bantu jawab ya Mba' Intan, kalo di perusahaaan kami perhitungannya
begini :
upah per hari = upah sebulan/25(hari kerja dlm 1 bln)
uang cuti 1 harinya adalah sama dgn upah per harinya .. tinggal ngalikan
aza sisa cutinya berapa , biasanya di perusahaan kami engga boleh diuangkan
sisanya sebelum masa berlaku habis dan itupun dg masa tenggang 1 bln klo
udah sampai 1 bln lewat kita lupa ya hangus Mba' (maklumlah belom
otomatis).
klo di perusahaan adik saya, sisa cuti engga boleh ato lebih tepatnya engga
bisa diuangkan jd harus diambil cuti.

misal,
saya mulai kerja 18 maret 2004 (berarti hari ini genap 1 tahun, udah dapet
hak cuti 12 hari kan yaaa)
gaji saya rp. 20juta perbulan.... (amin amin aminn)
menurut perusahaan, jika hak cuti tidak diambil, bisa diganti duit...
nah, yg ingin saya tanyakan, berapa besarnya yg bakal saya terima untuk
ganti cuti perharinya? ada standard perhitungannya menurut depnakertrans?
atau ada komentar lain?
tolong dibantu yaaa, puenntiinnggg bgt...
