Subject: [BAROQUE-LUTE] A=392

  Hi-
Today I just recieved back a lute I had sold 3 years ago, a Larry Brown
Edlinger at 75.5 cm. When I had it before I tuned it to A=415, but now
I think it should be 392 because of its size. My question is: should I
just tune the same 415 strings down or get a new set of strings for
392? Right now it is at 392 but I'm wondering if it might sound better
  with new strings. Any thoughts?

  -Sterling
