Hello David,
in the Staatshandbuch from 1735 Ristori is mentioned next to Chamber-Lutenist Silvius Leopold Weiss as Chamber-Organist.

They played in the same orchestra, so probably / for sure Silvius Leopold Weiss played the theorbo part.
