Hi Nicklas, When setting up project defaults, a user can select either a platform or a variant in platform/raw data type field. We have noticed that the experiment validator issues a warning when a variant is selected as project's default platform, even though all the rawbioassays and array design have the very same variant. Everything is fine when a corresponding platform is selected as project default (so for example IlluminaGeneExpression1 -> Illumina). Is the validator doing the check properly here?
