Reviews
Gearld:
Radcon (general SF in Pascal WA) Was ultimately successful. Had a few panels.
Nice restaurant. Sold all his books at a fan table (after a dealer didn’t
bother). Gayle: Had a wonderful GOH, Isaac C. Singleton Jr. (voice actor &
stunt man) and was joined by another. There was fire dancing
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poi_(performance_art)) in the courtyard. Lot of
good stuff. May go back next year.
Rick:
Constellation (Apple TV+, 8 eps) is a refreshing SF psychological thriller that
includes Noomi Rapace and Jonathan Banks, that has a nice puzzle plot and tense
directing (3 eps seen) that is said to be fabulous to mid-season, then becomes
more predictable and less intriguing. A good ride at least until then.

Lisa:
Wasn’t here last week because she was coming back from Gallifrey One. Wonderful
time. Didn’t catch anything. Sir. Derick Jacoby was wonderful. Will try to go
again next year.
Yochanan:
Light Years from Home by Mike Chen (local author). Very interesting. May have
new favorite author. Dysfunctional family becomes more dysfunctional when one
member is abducted by aliens. Character driven page turner, but the emphasis is
on family. Highly recommend.

The next Moon Probe will land upright.
