I'd suggest you have a look at one that's been included and one that's
been left out and see if there's anything significantly different
about them. If you can provide a two-record test case I can maybe have
a look at fixing the problem. As for the sorting issue, mostly BBDB
tries to sort by surname, but that presumes your records have
surnames. If they don't, or if the name wasn't split correctly, then
the sort order will look wrong.
