Follow along with RIM's guidelines here and things should go smoothly.
I've done this move several times, and downtime is very minimal. In my case,
the users didn't even know it happened. (or they were just quiet about it!)

Subject: [Bes-admins] SQL Database Move

For those of you who have moved their sql database before, was it a hard thing
to do or was it as simple as moving the database and changing the odbc settings
on the bes server? Was there any down time involved? Thanks.
