I have a user who is having trouble filing messages into folders on his Blackberry. He has a 9800 on 6.0.0.526. BES is 5.0.3.31 on Exchange 2007 SP3. He, as an example, files 7 messages. Two go into the correct folder, the next 5 go into the same folder as the second message, but he placed them in different folders. I completely wiped his Blackberry, deleted him from BES (including mailbox info), readded him and selected all his folders for redirection but this is still happening. Does anyone have any suggestions?
