Didn't read it closely enough--since the BB is going to someone else in the company, this is pretty straightforward. This is exactly what I would do:
- Take her Outlook contacts, export them to a PST file
- Wipe her old BlackBerry using BBSAK
- Import the PST file into the new user's mailbox
- Activate the BB for new user on BES.

Thanks, Steve. So I can't just remove the exchange stuff leaving the other pop accounts and associated data, as well as contacts which may not be in exchange?

BES 5. I have a department head who is changing roles and is passing her BB on to her successor. She wants to keep locally saved contacts, etc., for her successor, but remove her Exchange data. I deleted all of the desktop service books and deleted her from the BES, but that did not remove the email, etc. already on her phone. Is this possible without a security wipe?
