One of which is working at the moment, but this morning neither were. I've gone to the extend of doing a security wipe; javaloader wipe; javaloader resettofactory; javaloader install of firmware; removal of user from BES; adding user back to BES; activation of user on BES and then it worked.. for about half a day on this handset to rule out it being a device issue. I got them to double check the free space this morning and the server had about 10GB free. We cleaned up some logs and brought it back up to 20GB quickly and are now compressing 30GB of logs on the server we've managed to log in the past 2 weeks. I'd love to say that is the issue, but I don't think it is as it's continued to be a sporatic problem throughout the day. On one of the handsets that was given to me this morning it wasn't working and then just started working all of a sudden and then on the other it has continued to not function. Finally got a hold of the carrier data team and we double checked a few things such as the BlackBerry Attachment Service is running and we were able to properly test it's functuality via the BBAttachConfig utility so I know it's converting the documents properly. Trying to get this problem escalated on their end given this is past my experience and running on fumes now. Thanks for your quick suggestion! -- Jesse Tie-Ten-Quee ( highos at highos dot com )
