How to get devmode of a printer in J601?
in J504 it is return as 12 integers, such as
1 9 2970 2100 100 1 15 600 2 1 600 3
The first 2 numbers are most useful.
The first is orientation, (1=portrait)
and the second is papersize (in this case, 9 = DMPAPER_A4) for
querying
customised formsize.
