-1, there are many ways to get reset to white (moving the value slider on the right all the way down/up, or inserting 1.0 in the value slider, or even easier if you use another color picker). Its been incredibly annoying for me as a 16hs/day blender user that the H and S values would get lost by just moving it by mistake to 0 while trying to look for very fine 0.00x values. I asked this personally to bdiego after talking with the Durian render guys, it really saves a lot of time and frustration.
