Run Convert Files and URL Fields After decoding the base46-Field and studying the provided Python-Code, i have chosen the path with the lowest friction and converted the File-fields to Local-Url-Fields, as described. Afterwards BibDesk was able to convert them and Link the files. I'd like to thank everyone, who shared his knowledge.
