Yes. BibDesk currently does not build on Xcode 4. Hopefully you still have your 
copy of Xcode 3.2.6. This builds Bibdesk compatible with 10.5.x through 10.7.x, 
intel and ppc. Version number should just be bumped to 1.5.5.

I'll try to get the localizations updated.
