The transition strategy is easy: a person with many free time dedicated 
exclusivelly to do a full XML revision of the book, I.

When the policies wiil be decided and accepted, I first will update 
template.xml, to add some small XSL/CSS changes (if required) to have a 
similar output with the old and new tagging, and then I will start that 
revison page by page alphabetically. If all go well, in four/five weeks the 
work could be done.

Like are rendered in LFS, in italic. See chapter04/addinguser.html as example.
