You can "fix" this by updating general.ent (the bootscript date) when you actually do the update. I updated it for you, however, that is why you see it in there now in the SVN version. Don't worry about the rc3 version, as the change is so tiny that probably nobody would even notice it. I mean, for the next couple of weeks how many people are going to install Samba and actually use the "restart" command? Probably nobody. It will be fixed in the actual release.
