Not for Qt3. Qt expects to find a flat directory containing all its
files, like if you were in /opt. We setup symlinks in /usr/share/qt so
it _looks_ like a flat directory. I suppose it's actually pretty
equivalent to QTDIR=/usr except for putting the headers in
/usr/include/qt. qmake expects them in $QTDIR/include.
