keep logging in to messsenger and websites that I shouldn't have to you
know? anyway Where do I go to do that? and What do I do to Clear them?

Do you mean it still doesn't remember your login credentials on certain
pages?
Possible your temporary internet content was either corrupted/cleared, so
you could then try manually clearing it yourself, and then see if it then
remembers it once you log in again.
