If you can turn it into 64 you should.  Just keep your old computer in 32
Bit form.

Ok does this help? I have an Intel Pentium Core 2 Duo Processor running at a

clock speed of 2.0GHZ. The cache is 1MB and the FSB whatever that is is 
800MHZ.
