is there any way to get rid of it or deselect it?

I thought it was a problem too, but I think what is happening is that it's telling you it's using the autoselect feature when typing in an email address. I think that's a choice in the context menu or something. I had one computer that spoke that but the one I'm using now doesn't. I've noticed that TBird works slightly differently from one computer to the next.

Hi:

I've begun using Thunderbird and now like it as it seems to get along better with JAWS and doesn't slow my system down, however when I have a single email in my in-box I have trouble reading it. Often I can't seem to open it with f6 enter, or tabbing through the choices. Any suggestions? Thanks.
