[Blind-Computing] avast anty virus

Does anyone else use, avast anty virus?  I have windows vista, and, jaws 10.0.  
My problem is when i try to open certain files sand box comes up,  and I cic 
not no thin but, I was wondering,  why my file did not,  open and i rooted 
cursors,  and then i saw sand box, my quistion, is, is there a wan to turn that 
off?  thanks,  amber.
