Hello give the following a try;

1, while in outlook2010,
Alt+f=files,
T=options,
T=trust center.
Now tab,
Enter on trust center settings,
Up arrow until you hear;
Email security.
Now tab and check the box which reads,
Read all standard mail in plain text
Now tab okay press enter.

This was my  question :). The only way so far, which I hope there is another
we're not aware of, is to view the message in a browser by going to the
Messsage tab, to "move" to Actions" to "View in browser". Another way is to
copy the body and paste to notepad. Both are not time efficient.

Is there any way I can get rid of those unreadable tables that come in some
messages like from amazon, Microsoft ect?

I am using outlook 2010.
