That would still deliver the emails though and put them into the junk folder 
in Windows Live Mail. To totally prevent the messages to be delivered make a 
rule where the condition would be "where the from line contains people" and 
specify the person's email address, and the action would be "delete it from 
server".

I’ve been getting very nasty emails from sonebody I knew years ago. I won’t
go into a lot of details but a friend of mine was going with him years ago.
What I want to do is block his email address. I’m using windows live mail
2011. How do I block this person’s email address so I don’t receive any more
emails from him?
