I tried this once and got the bobby pin out and decided to never do it
again. It turned into an all day job and I finally got it all back together
and had help with a lot of luck too. I just quit buying brand new dryers.
When mine quits for what ever reason, we go down to a used washer and dryer
store and buy another one for $150 and get another 10 years use out of it or
more. We've been in this house 20 years now and I think this is the third
dryer we've had.
