Everybody, I'm changing ISPs (Conxion, which was kindly providing connectivity to me) has been sold and is shutting down operations at the end of the month, which is Saturday, of course.
Unfortunately, it looks like my new line won't be up until Tuesday morning, so I'll be relocating the server tomorrow (Friday) until the line is working. This will result in a couple of short outages, which will be accompanied by DNS changes that will take up to an hour or so to propagate throughout the Internet. It also will mean that I'll be doing list manager duties by dial-up for a while. I'll post messages when the server goes down and when it comes back up. If all goes well, the downtime should only be about 30 minutes.
