Right. You understand GenX. It's just the same thing you went through only
rewrapped in a differnt ficad. How could the attitudes and beleifes of the
"lost generation" be anything other than the same angst and -false
alienation- you felt.

I absolutly agree. Xrs are not alienated, they certainly did choose a
differnt way of expressing themselves, they lack self pity as you have
defined it.

What they don't have on you is shear numbers, and they never will. While your
generation has taken over the reigns and shaped the political environemnt to
your political ebb and flood, their generation will simply never have the
numbers to make a differnece.

Alienation? who said anything about alienation? Is that really the way GenX
X- and Y looks to you? Do you really think that they feel alienated? If you
do, then your not getting it....well, maybe you are getting genY to some
extent. But then maybe they are simply suffering from a simple lack of
creative "drama-posing".
