AFAICS one of them is, the other isn't, see <http://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-autoconf/2010-08/msg00021.html> Losing part of the testsuite log output seems to be a Haiku bug somewhere. Or we still have a bug in Autotest or the testsuite not setting append mode everywhere throughout the whole chain of commands. Cheers, Ralf
