Hi Jon, I recently tried to clean up the autoconf stuff, but didn't quite finish it, mostly beacause I had a couple of things I couldn't decide on:
1) do we want to keep the guile stuff? 2) do we want to keep the gtk1 stuff? but tell me what you would like to do and I'll have another go at it Don't worry about cairo on linux. It is already taken care of automatically. Christian.
