I have never seen positive criticism by this kind of people, so I usually just ignore them. It is wasteful to deal with them.
But this time I'd like you to ask if I should add a link to Issue #17 of Brave GNU World <http://www.gnu.org/brave-gnu-world/issue-17.en.html> into GRUB FAQ. In the issue, Georg wrote an article about Texinfo, in response to my request. I don't know how effective this would be, since they probably don't see the FAQ before starting to complain.
