I'm not familiar with your distro but it probably has configuration where to
install GRUB. Few pointers:
1) efibootmgr command should tell you boot order and check that you're really
Booting in EFI mode
2) check if any other disks have ESP
3) Check if you're ESP has other GRUB copies. I expect tool have at least 2
copies and one of them is not updated
