A mouse-over bubble, or clickable png with a separate frame for

However, IF some lilypond user wants to see the code for the
examples, it should be easier to get it than using git to check
it out from the source code.

They can use webgit instead?

If this is really wanted, it strikes me that the best way to do it would be a new page (examples-detail.xxx) with all the examples and output from them in full. Still not convinced it won't scare more off than if encourages, though.
