I wanted to make a pdf with bookmarks to browse...I'm using
tar 1.15.1 -- I checked the cvs tree and this isn't in there...
There is a rule that makes a pdf off dvi's -- with newer texinfo, that
doesn't give bookmarks...
What I did was in tar-1.15.1/doc
make dvi TEXI2DVI=texi2pdf
and read the tmp-tar.pdf (for now)
