http://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=41669 Summary: Performance & Error in Event Viewer Product: Apache httpd-2 Version: 2.0-HEAD Platform: Other OS/Version: Windows Server 2003 Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P2 Component: All AssignedTo: [email protected] ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED] CC: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Good morning, We have Apache version 2.0 on a Windows Server 2003 installed and it has recently been doing something strange with memory. We first get complaints of performance issues and when we launch Task Manager on the server we see that the NP Pool memory is stuck at 4GB. Once we restart the service in Manage, the performance goes back to normal and the NP Pool memory is reset. We are also getting in the Event Viewer a constant error and it goes as follow: "The Apache service named reported the following error: [Wed Feb 21 00:23:27 2007] [warn] The Alias directive in C:/Apache2/conf/httpd.conf at line 158 will probably never match because it overlaps an earlier Alias." Do you have any ideas what could be causing the performance issue or the error?
