Im using wamp and testing with apache 2.2.6 and 2.2.8 and i suspect others, i
was getting
Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library error
Debug Assertion Failed!

i tracked it down to securenet.dll file causing the issues which is part of the
hidemyip program. http://www.hide-my-ip.com/
Its not really a bug but a conflict, i wanted to let someone know as it took 6
hours to find it.
