cpu utilization does not update on the server-status page. This has been tried
on RHEL 5.4, CentOS 5.5, and CentOS 5.4 with both RPM based installations from
the RHEL / CentOS repositories, as well as compiling from source with
httpd-2.2.10.tar.gz, and httpd-2.2.15.tar.gz
