Attachment: xerces-c-lib64fix.spec
Attached is a spec file that fixes the lib64 and "Copyright:" tag issues.
A) All instances of "/lib/" changed to "/%{_lib}/".
B) added if [] test to move /lib/ to /lib64/ on x86_64 machines.
C) changed "Copyright" tag to "License"
