No opinion on the content, but

    You need to enable JavaScript to run this app.

is not acceptable, IMO. (I believe some/many search engines can handle
it these days, but there doesn't seem to be any particular reason to
require JS for basic functionality on a documentation site.)

Of course, if the React could be rendered to a string and build-time and
rehydrated from there when loading the real page then that's probably OK.
