That's excatly what I meant... The only service similar to AOSIS is a
bussiness ina building in Andorra. You cannot have a drink, but it is the
only place in Andorra where you can connect by paying something. What we
commonly call Cybercafé still doesn't exists in Andorra... What I don't know
is if there is any hotel who offers some kind of internet service...

Could it be this person means a real physical cyber cafe location where
people can go in & pay to use a computer & buy something to eat? For
example, right across the street from where I live in Los Estados Unidos,
there is a branch of "Aosis." This is a chain of shops where people can
rent internet access & also eat rolls & coffee, etc. if they desire. This
is a little different concept than the type of "cafe" through which this
message is sent.
