I am interested in purchasing a new vehicle in
Andorra.I am not currently resident in a european country. would it be possible
to have andorra number plates and documents ?would insurance be available? what
taxes are charged on the sale of new or perhaps even slightly used vehicles ? is
there an annual charge for a vignette?
I would appreciate any advice on this
