Hi people The problem is that Andorra is such a very small place and most of the land surface is close to vertical. Unlike the UK where virtually anyone can go and pretend to have residency (and then invite every cousin, sister, brother and aunt to join them and run a corner shop), Andorra is being sensible.
I don't live there but fairly close and only have rights to residency because of my grandparents who were born there and own property there. Andorrans are certainly not snobs but the place is by a long way the most beautiful part of Europe. Hence, the local government is being very reasonable in not wanting overcrowding for the sake of the people already in residency. We certainly do not want Soldeu to start looking like Brixton (or Harlem).
