Yes, I'm using plink and pageant, and it works fine with straight svn. I was actually trying to get it to work without keys first. Without keys, cap keeps asking for my password when it's querying the latest version. I've tried it a hundred times, and I'm sure the password is correct. It works fine if I downgrade to the Subversion 1.3 client, but not with 1.4, and I need 1.4.
With keys, it just hangs when it's querying the latest version.
