If it's being hosted in IIS you probably need to mark it as hosted so it should 
look something like

container.AddFacility<WcfFacility>()
    
.Register(Component.For<IMyService>().ImplementedBy<MyService>().AsWcfService(new
 DefaultServiceModel().Hosted()).IsDefault()
