I think the poll is missing an important option: [ ] Allow package owners to disallow comments and/or ratings. But more importantly: how does that voting system work ? I don't see any buttons or checkboxes on the wiki page to which the "public poll" link redirects. I also tried logging in to the wiki. No change...
