I just sent the email to the JCP Open list requesting access to the TCK.
I also would like everyone that wants access to the TCK to execute
the NDA and respond to the mail I'm about to send in another thread.

there's this instruction:
A project can request access to a TCK by sending email to the JCP
open list.
The text "the JCP Open list" is linked to
"mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] TCK for Apache Project". Did
that already happen?
