Andrus,
Thanks for the comments, and the bugs. The first one was trivial. The
second I think I just ran into coincidentally, enabling Ctrl+Z and
Ctrl+Y for undo and redo. If you pop out an element, expand a
relationship from it, then undo both those steps and redo them you get a
connection with an invisible source. If that is the same bug that you
ran into then it is fixed.

Hi Marcel,
I just committed this patch and I must say the app looks much cooler
now. The control panel now easy to use (at least on Mac it was a bit
rough before). Same goes for Parameters window. I still have no
comments on how to improve collections presentation. If we don't come
up with any bright ideas, we'll just keep the current behavior. It works.
I noticed a few small bugs:
* When a parameters window is canceled (instead of pressing Finish),
the query is still executed and the result is displayed.
* Also I saw some weirdness (some connecting lines not hidden) when
using "Undo Pop out". I can't reproduce it now. I think it had
something to do with multiple result sets (blue boxes) displayed
simultaneously. I'll provide more detail if I see it happen again.
