Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge (MNWR) and Montezuma Wetlands Complex (MWC)
------------

     No reports this week.


Onondaga County
------------

     2/10: A NORTHERN SHRIKE was seen at the Three Rivers WMA. north of 
Baldwinsville. The bird was about half a mile east of the Bald Eagle viewing 
platform on 60 Road.
     2/12: A COMMON RAVEN was seen near Rt.11A about three miles south of 
Cardiff.
     2/13: A GOLDEN EAGLE was seen at the corner of Foreward Road and Rt. 321 
between Camillus and Elbridge.
     2/14: A NORTHERN SHRIKE was seen at the Three Rivers WMA north of 
Baldwinsville. This bird was seen along Kellog Road just over half a mile west 
of 60 Road. A RUDDY DUCK was found in with a mix of waterfowl in the Seneca 
River in Baldwinsville. Most species are being seen downriver from the bridge. 
2 TUNDRA SWANS were seen in Skanateles Lake.
     2/15: 6 TUNDRA SWANS were seen in the Seneca River in Baldwinsville. The 
aforementioned RUDDY DUCK was also seen. Except for Mallards, all species are 
being seen downriver from the bridge.


Herkimer County
------------

     2/11: The Cedar Lake FOX SPARROW continues to overwinter at a feeder. 
Roughed Grouse are also coming to the feeder.


Oswego County
------------

     2/14: A NORTHERN SHRIKE was found on Cornell Road in Hastings.


Estralimital
------------

     The Champlain (Clinton County) NORTHERN HAWK OWL was seen yesterday. A
