Cool, I heard one too on my way to the bus this morning (at 7:40 if it matters as a "basin first"). Also year firsts for me were Fox Sparrow and White Crowned Sparrows both vocalizing in the same area. Add in Cardinal, Phoebe, Junco, and Purple Finch, and the air was *full* of beautiful song! Eric
