Hi all, I went looking for this bird with a few students at one o'clock and was unsuccessful. A few minutes later, we got a call from Benjamin Van Doren saying he had the bird at Day Hall. He told us the bird is only visible from inside the building looking into the inner courtyard.
When Hope Batcheller, Luke Seitz, Tim Lenz and I went to look, I ran into a nice man who told us that the bird was right outside his window on the second floor. He let us make a brief visit and the owl was sitting out in the open on a branch on the second floor on in the northeast corner. -Brad Walker -- Cayugabirds-L List Info: http://www.NortheastBirding.com/CayugabirdsWELCOME http://www.NortheastBirding.com/CayugabirdsRULES http://www.NortheastBirding.com/CayugabirdsSubscribeConfigurationLeave.htm ARCHIVES: 1) http://www.mail-archive.com/cayugabirds-l@cornell.edu/maillist.html 2) http://www.surfbirds.com/birdingmail/Group/Cayugabirds 3) http://birdingonthe.net/mailinglists/CAYU.html Please submit your observations to eBird: http://ebird.org/content/ebird/ --
