I went chasing Chris T-Hymes Fox Sparrows late this morning - and come up empty - but was rewarded by a low-soaring Broad-winged Hawk over the soft ball field.

I was headed downtown to do some errands and stopped off at Stewart Park to check the lake and swan pen. The trees/shrubs around the pen contained a FOY (for me) PALM WARBLER (eastern), 2 Eastern Phoebes, 2 Yellow-rumped Warblers, Grackles, Red-winged Blackbirds, and House Sparrows.
