Since I was out to deliver bows on Ithaca's South Hill this morning, I had the opportunity to look for some other newly arrived Louisiana Waterthrushes. I found none at Upper Buttermilk, none at Lick Brook, and none at the top of the gorge of the West Branch of Cayuga Inlet. But in the pines along Townline Road just north of Lick Brook I did find a singing Pine Warbler.
